Coach Ryan Ladd (High School Coach) and Terry Anders (Middle School Coach) are still looking to fill roster spots for the 2020 cross country season.
The High School team opened up training runs this past week, and will continue to host group training runs each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday until the first official day of practice in August. The middle school team will open their summer training sessions in July, which will take place on Monday and Thursdays.
The goal of the training runs are to establish a fitness level to be successful for the upcoming season, and most importantly provide a opportunity to safe, healthy, and social gatherings for student-athletes to reconnect with teammates and classmates that they haven’t been able to gather with since March due to the health pandemic arrived in March.
The pre-season parent meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 30th at Vermilion High School (6:00pm) to discuss the upcoming schedule, status of the fall season, and information about team camp that is scheduled for August 3rd – August 7th.
Individuals (7th-12th grades) that are interested in joining the cross country program can complete the form linked below. Any questions can be directed to Ryan Ladd (Varsity Head Coach) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
