  1. What is one thing about your high school career that you wish you knew as a Freshman and you want the younger athletes to know?
  • Don’t compare yourself to those around you, but work to better yourself and to beat the best you did the day before.

Head boys track and field coach Dave Domonkos had this to say about Baron: Baron has been part of the Track team for 2 years.  Baron has done whatever was asked of him without fail to help the team in any given meet.  Baron has thrown the shot and discus, he has long jumped and ran the 100, 200, 400 and been part of relay teams.  Baron is a great teammate and is well respected by all those around him.  He always worked hard each and every day.  Leadership is not always defined by winning or losing but in how you carry yourself and we know that Baron will be a great leader in life.  We wish him much success and we know he will go on to do great things in his future.
